“Everyone thinks of changing the world but no one thinks of changing themselves?”

Our ten week introductory practical philosophy course looks at how we decide what we do and how we make sure our decisions are wise in a practical way.

The course is designed to show how the words of great philosophers of East and West provide real answers for today’s challenges. The aim is to bring the subject of philosophy alive, gaining a sense of its richness and practical value in daily life and expanding our appreciation of ourselves and the world around us.
